Travel & Stay

Getting Here

For those of you coming from abroad, you will need a Visa, it is best to apply as soon as possible, click here to get started.

Where to stay

We recommend staying in St Kilda near the wedding venue. Though St Kilda is centrally located, the Central Business District (CBD) of Melbourne is even more accessible to other neighborhoods, making it a good place if you want to explore more of Melbourne. Please reach out if you need further guidance.

Stay Connected

We will set up a WhatsApp group to help international and interstate guests stay connected regarding informal activities that may take place around the wedding. For instance, you may want to join us at Funky Farm to get up close and personal with Australian animals like kangaroos and koalas, or for a trip to Rutherglen Wine Region. If you would like to be involved, please send us a message.

Getting Around

Public transport is good enough, so download the PTV application, which has the latest train and tram schedules. If you prefer to drive, Uber has a Carshare application that can be linked to your Uber account, I highly recommend it. Obviously, Uber is a great option for getting around.

Be in the Know

Melbourne boasts an amazing number of restaurants and is brimming with culture, from nightlife to art. A good way to be in the know is to follow Broadsheet, the Urban List, and Time Out to name a few.
